Photographer's Note

Taken in the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York City. Obviously, I was a floor above, overlooking the huuuuge space (and enormous sculpture) below.

For some background on the's considered the leading modern art museum in the world (and with good reason!). The idea for the museum came from the wives of some of the city's top dogs (including Abby Aldrich Rockefeller), and opened 9 days after the Wall Street crash of 1929. Now, you can see everything from Picasso to Warhol to Monet to Kiki Smith! About 2 million people visit the MoMA every year. (Source: Wikipedia)
