People crossing the street near Mies van der Rohe's Seagram building in New York. Seagram building is the first skyscraper that was entirly made by concrete steel and glass in 1953 and as such was the model for thousands of office buildings of this kind across the world. Mies van der Rohe place it in New York in a special was, as he put in front of it a plaza with a fountain and some trees, which is popular for different people during launch time/snack time in the city.
