Photographer's Note
Great Lakes Kite Festival Grand Haven, Michigan. This guy was flying this kite within inches of the ground. A couple of times he looked like he would be pulled down the beach by it. Windy morning, cold for the season and overcast. The weather didn't make for good captures, but occasionally the sun would pop out. Chose cloudy for white balance.
