Photographer's Note

The headland at the south end of Umina Beach has many interesting rock formations which are fun to photograph if the tidal conditions are right.
I was amazed to see at the edge of the headland this amazing natural fishbowl which is its own little eco-system. It must be refreshed with new water at high tide but it is still sheltered and protected enough to contain seaweed , crabs and little fish inside.
