Photographer's Note

Oxford canal is a 78 mile long, narrow canal in Central England, linking Oxford with Coventry via Banbury and Rugby.
It connects with the River Thames at Oxford, to the Grand Union Canal at Braunton, and to the Coventry Canal just north of Coventry.
The Oxford canal passes mainly through the Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire countryside, and is often considered to be one of the most scenic canals in Britain.
Built between 1769 and 1789, it was once an important artery of trade from the English Midlands to London, but is now highly popular among the pleasure boaters.

With this main post and the 2 WS, I wanted to show the pleasure of the boaters : A very quiet, slow lifestyle, the main physical activity being the opening and closing of the locks.
