Photographer's Note

These forests are on the way from Safranbolu to Amasra,in the Black Sea region of Turkey. Safranbolu is a small town in this region, which is well known with its well preserved Ottoman era houses and architecture, and for this reason was added to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1994. Amasra is an another small town in the Black Sea coast, by the sea, which has been home to a wide range of artifacts from Hellenistic period, Seljuks and Ottomans, and is well known with its variety of fish food. On that day I was able to take very few photos, leaving to take more to the next day, but the next day sun was shining very brightly and unfortunately there was no more fog.
