Hello, Gary...
I really like Mazatlán. My wife and I vacationed there several years ago. I like your scene here. The two white rock islands (or are they part of a peninsula?) make a classical balance to the scene. The dominant color theme of blue and white is broken by splashes of dark green and brown. Very nice!
I do have one negative criticism, but it isn't the photograph itself. It's in the location you assigned to it. Mazatlán is not in the Mexican state of México. México is a lan-locked state near Mexico City, so it has no coastline. Mazatlán is in the state of Sinaloa, on the Pacific coast. You can easily edit your posting to correct this.
