Photographer's Note
A restored CN train station is a unique feature of the Vermilion Provincial park, on the outskirts of my town. It is used for community and private functions, and in the winter as a ski chalet. World Gold Medalist , Becky Scott, a hometown girl, learnt to ski at a very young age in this park. Of course, we are all extremely proud of her accomplishments. I hope some of you will find this interesting.

Hi Karen,
A good POV and framing, fine colors and sharp details. Exposure is nice too... I don't know about this Becky Scott, but she must be the pride of the town for sure!

Looks like you're on the mark, Shelly is right, this one is very good and a vast improvement in general. Are the tracks still there or is just a stand alone building now? Color is very good and the clouds help fill out the frame nicely.

A very nice exposure that is spot on. Good DOF and POV. This a nice subject. I would try it later in the day to see if you can get some warmer light on it. It can change to mood substantially.

Hi Karen,
Lovely strong lines to this beautiful 19th century building. The colors are clear with excellent sharpness. Interesting note about the local sports heroin from Prairies.

Nice composition and POV. The angle you choose gives the station nice depth and detail. The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness. The trees frame the station nicely.

It's a charming building in a pretty bucolic set. You used a simple but very nice and effective pov. Although with that sun still high, the light isn't the prettiest one, the luminosity and colours is part of its charm, although a bit of more saturation wouldn't be bad idea.
I have looked of some of your photos and I got the idea that you (still) don't do much PP and sometimes the exposure doesn't look the most appropriate. I don't notice that on this one, although you could have put it sharper - the image has only 72 Kb, very far from the 200 Kb limit, so perhaps you used a level of compression too high, and that reflects on lost quality.
