Along side Maligne Canyon there are good walking tracks and a bridge or 2 for getting some of the deep canyon photos.
Today's photo isn't of one of the very deep and narrow sections but of a broader part where you get the blue from glacier ice melting.

The rock flour has given an incredible turquoise hue to this stream emanating high up in the Canadian Rockies. Good sharpness and downward pov. Tfs!

I was foolish to give up on Canada. I definitely want to visit its national parks now after seeing your reportage.
Whether the nature seems similar in style to Europe, the places are magnificent. I like very much your autumnal reportage showing the place in fantastic colors.

Hello Ian,
Another attractive view down a narrow canyon with the river running at the bottom. I like the contrasts of green and yellow vegetation, grey naked rocks and blue water. One detail I also like is the tiny waterfall near the center of the photo.

The length of the canyon is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details of the rock formation. The light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

Hi Ian,
Again a wonderful view of a river running on a deep canyon. Clear blue colour of water looks just great. A like that tiny waterfall in the middle.
