Photographer's Note
This beautiful mama deer was my neighbour for a few months. We first discovered her from the kitchen window at breakfast just after she had given birth to 2 little ones in the long grass. Since then we saw her every day, with the 2 calves growing very fast. They were very comfortable in the big back garden and seemed to have plenty to eat. I was lucky to capture her this time as she strolled by the back of my cabin and I had time to grab the camera.
