Photographer's Note
Fort Steele is a pictoresque turn of the century village near Cranbrook, British Columbia, featuring heritage homes, shops and activities from yesteryear. This is the first of a series I plan to post.

Good composition, Christan:) Interesting image to create something special.
I worked with it a little in Photoshop to create an old-style photo. Let me know, if you like it.

Beautiful light and colour, a tranquil rustic scene.
I'm a little uneasy about the slight tilt - the buildings are leaning to the left, I suspect a 0.5 degree rotation clockwise would fix it!
Thanks for sharing

Hi Christan,
I thought the shot was from Argentina but its from Canada.
I just went throough your gallery and found some tall trees, a few buildings, motorcycle and garage full of cars.
What are you doing?
I mean to say when you can click a shot of this intensity, why not improve? See all of us, including me were doing all such things, but you have the potential and this shot is worth.
Get inspiration from your own shot and come out with more good compositions.
I shall return.

Nicely done, Christian. Great details here and the zoom compresses the distance nicely. I like it all, but it does feel a bit "tight" to me, and I wish there were a bit more space all around (though I confess to being a bit claustrophobic).
