Photographer's Note

I was up hiking at Lindeman Lake this morning with a couple friends and we got to the lake just before the sun rose above the mountian and down into the lake. When the sun finally shone into the lake this is what you will see. I saw quite a few wonderful glacier lakes this summer but this Lindeman Lake really has its own beauty. I have entitled this Framed in Transition because the rocks on the shore and the cedar branches act like a frame for the transitional colors that you see across the lake. No saturation added...this is the real goods. I love to see color like this in this lake. More photos to follow....enjoy!
