Photographer's Note
It's a photo of train tracks under an highway access in Montreal. I took the picture with this angle to show the dynamic of the subject. The picture was taken on a cloudy afternoon, that's why the sky is so white. I turned it to black and white because it better translates the feeling of the place.

Nice athmosphere.
The way you shot this one add to the movement of the road-bridge.
As you say the b&w reinforce the sad athmosphere of a railway on a cloudy day.

This is a really nice photo Alexandre. Great choise of angle as well as converting it to B&W. I like the dynamics in the picture which you have achived by the angle and point of view.

I like the angle.
the only thing I would have done is step back and righta bit to get the lamppost in the frame.
but that's just me!

Sorry I forgot to click "Add" on the note when I posted the workshop.
This is a fine B&W-job with a nice greyscale. The curves and lines converge nicely and the tilt is really fresh. And the tilt was what my workshop was about, I play around a bit just for fun inspired by your free mind. See if you like it.

Very dynamic pic. The strenght lies in all curves and diagonal lines which composed the pic. L'image est quelque peu étourdissante. Well done indeed Alex.

immediate favorite, this use of negative space is masterly done, love the use of lines, angles and the differencies between light and dark parts
