Photographer's Note
Another shot of those little "house" for fishing on ice. Three shot at different exposure merge together. Thanks for your critique.

Answer for jsbedard.
The question was, why did you use a small DOF (f/5,6) ? The answer is because I took 3 shots. The shutter speed where 1/125sec, 1/60sec and 1/25. And because the wind was about 80km/h I could not take shot with a longer shutter speed. All my shot at f16 are not sharp... because of the wind.
Thanks for all your critique.

Hi Jerome...a lovely atmosphere to this shot, super depth of field, lovely colours in the sky and great textures on the ice.
The little "houses" break up the scene very well - lovely shot, well done.

Hi Jerome,
Your merge is excellent as your shot too. You caught splendid spectrum of colors at horizon at decisive moment. Reflections on ice are very nice with interesting objects of your scene : Houses. Congratulations.
Best Regards,
Ertugrul

I already feel slightly claustrofobic when looking at the picture, let it be how it must feel to sit in one of those tiny houses.
Good light. The picture gives me a desolate feeling.

Hi, Jerome! What a nice winter view! Great POV and colours! Cannot imagine how people stay in such a place (I live in a Tropical region)! Well done! TFS! Regards! Miguel.

Bon travail.
