Another shot from the Balat distict where the relative absence of cars allows the streets to be open playgrounds for the kids. This game of football went on throughout the passage of all sorts of people (and the odd vehicle) through the middle of the pitch. Their excitement at scoring a goal was priceless - I'll post a couple sometime - here just that moment as the ball is about to strike the edge of the kerb, all focus and concentration is upon it and the struggle for supremacy is on

Bonjour mon voisin de page...
Chaque jour, je rends visite à un de mes voisins de la page galerie. Aujourd'hui, je suis heureux d'avoir choisi de visiter votre galerie, j'ai vu ainsi que vous aviez fait des photos de l'Inde et de constater que nous avions des points communs puisque tous deux attirés par l'humain avant tout. J'aime beaucoup celle ci avec tous ces gamins en action, c'est très bien fait, avec ce ballon sur la diagonale, parfait à mes yeux - j'aime surtout que vous ayiez mis cette photo en N&B, elle fait penser ainsi à ce que faisait Doisneau, Ronis, etc...

A few milimeters of cropping....or may be you missed the boy on the right side of the frame..or may be you were more focused on the ball and the boy on the left.
Overall impressive stuff.

this was one of the best corners we went to...it looked so natural, kids were busy with themselves, no posing (well, not exactly, but at least in the beginning the life was "real"...)
i like the moment captured here - energy, unspoilt and undisturbed concentration on the "action"...

yes, taken at the very right moment, this could be a daily life scene from any corner of turkey as children in this country are all football "maniacs"... of course, better than playing with guns, i accept that...

Hello Kev , I ve visited your profile and I really like your works ... While visiting the Turkey photos , this photo took me in it because , it reminded to me my childhood... We were playing football with friends in any where , at anytime :))
