Very beautiful composition here: I like the golden glow which surroundes the mosque on the hill. The inclusion of the seagull, blurred in this case, is excellent granting also good depth to the compo.
Good definition.

The idea behind this composition is fabulous.
It's a pity though that the seagull is not too focused, it would be an 'oscar-photo'. =)
