Photographer's Note
It has taken me almost a whole summer to document one day of my Istanbul trip. This is the scene I would like to close the day with: A northbound tourist boat slowly making its way off Emirgân shore. I think I will take a little break from this trip and show sights and colors from my other trips of the summer.

İstanbul gezimin bir gününü belgelemek neredeyse bütün bir yazı aldı. Günü kapatmak istediğim sahne şudur: Bir turist teknesi yavaş yavaş Emirgan sahili açıklarında kuzeye doğru giderken. Sanırım bu geziye bir mola vereceğim ve bu yazki diğer gezilerimin manzaraları ve renklerini göstereceğim.

Hello Murat,
So all these pictures from Istanbul were made in the same day? Very comprehensive relation. As I remember, the meeting with the school mates was the main attraction. I also have many pictures from just one day in somewhere but after a few I am bored and I jump to other place. I am looking forward to see pictures from the US trip/

Difficult light to capture well the view, even the photo is noisy, it's a beautiful view with these colored bridge, ship and with water reflections, tfs.

The lighting and colours are really attractive here. The purple bridge and the blue ship look great and their colours get mixed very nicely in the reflections in the water. Excellent composition too.

Hi Murat,
This must had been an awesome sight, a nioght attractive scene.
Blue and purple illumination have special ambiance over the waterway.
I'd use a lower ISO number at F5.0, my humble opinion.

A little grainy, but it kind of adds mood. You did well to freeze the motion of the boat. My time exposures are often spoilt by excessive blur of moving boats. The f stop of f 5 has done the trick. Dof is good throughout too. Tfs!

the night shot has a lot of noise but the whole atmosphere is very romantic with the pink created reflections to make the scene even more attractive.
