Seeing Sister, drinking Turkish coffee with a view of the Bosphorus and watching a Bosphorus ferry meander its way up north were the rewards of a long, red-eye flight.

Great location to watch the vessels crossing the waterway, and taking pictures from. A location I'd probably spend time for this matter, beside good Turkish-coffee.
I only guess by the shadows, but from where taken this you were looking southwards, so best time would be afternoon.

Great view of the city against the hills, seen from the other side of the very blue water. The ship is a great inclusion in the centre of the photo and also the trees in the foreground are well added.

Nice view over the bay - like the differing levels, the gorgeous blue lifts the ferry boat above the water boosting the visual appeal on a rather flat day. Quite ordinary subject with good detail throughout, Well done.

Hi Murat,
Istanbul is still one of the top cities in the world even though its current government is a little too conservative for my liking. My commiserations for the recent horrific Ataturk airport attack. The Bosporus looks lust as lovely as I remember it and the large boat adds a focal point. Tfs!
