Hi Ugur,
I think your shot is good, composition-wise! The thinking expression, the bicycles giving the link towards his profession. But I feel it lacks sharpness. Maybe because you took it from a bit of distance and wanted to do it quickly not to be seen. Maybe because you moved a bit with the 1/20 seconds.
I would have taken it from a little lower point of view, giving less shade on his forehead. Next to that ISO at 200, F-stop at the lowest possible f/4(?). And perhaps a bit closer by. It would have given you a shutter speed of roughly 1/125 and probably a sharper result with a better (shorter) Depth of Focus.
