Photographer's Note
A young Caracal on mount Carmel.
Caracals are common wild in Israel , from the north to the southern deserts.
They are nocturnal animals but may be seen also on day time.

Wow, what a great catch and also very good composed, how did you catch this caracal?
I saw them only twice, one in the safary and one dead in the Negev.
I think that you should sharpen it a little bit.

Beautiful animal! Picture is not perfect but if you managed to get him in wilderness - this is quite fine!

Very high cuteness factor in this photo, his facial expression is just gorgeous ;-) How close were you? If rather close, then maybe a bit of fill flash could have lit up the left side (his right side) of the face a bit.

Another excellent animal shot. I like your vertical composition as it makes the subject look dignified and proud. most of all, i like the colors.

As common as caracals may be, I've never seen one in nature. This is not only a good picture, it's extremely cute as well. Sure, the pic lacks some sharpness, but that doesn't make it any less impressive.

That's a great photo of this little Caracal. They are a very beautiful cat, and it's a very nice composition to catch the Caracal right in between trunks of this tree.

She's got the LOOK!!! You've taken the rare chance to photograph this cutie, lucky you! Congratulations
Ben
P.S. I would trim an inch from the top - too much tree distracts viewer's attention from her eyes

How fortunate of you to have found such an exquisite model! I would crop the blurred upper portion of this picture to make the Caracal stand out more; otherwise, very cool picture!
