Photographer's Note
A short break from my Scotland photos:
I had in mind to show yet another mix of old and new architecture in the streets of Tel-Aviv, but as opened the thumbnail of this picture surprised to see a soap-bubbles flying above the street, one high and close, the other is lower and seems just above the pedestrians-crossing sign (There are several toys shops around this location, and a bubble-machine on the one entrance).
Anyway, a modern tower contrast the 1920th old facades, renovated nowadays on Herzl street,
32.0594, 34.7707 on the map.
A cell-phone picture, originally 1:1 aspect ratio set automatically by the iPhone.

Hello Ike,
It is a nice photo as an example of the mix of new and old architecture in Tel Aviv. But it gets a funny addition with the soap-bubble. Also, the title creates a kind of riddle. Everyone has to look carefully to find the bubble. Even apart from that it is an interesting photo, again of an amazingly good quality. The iPhone cameras are obviously getting professional.

Nice surprise bubble, it adds a nice touch of whimsy to the street, which has a great combination of old and new. The tall tower reminds me somewhat of the Met Life tower in New York. Beautiful blue sky too

Hello Ike,
The modern building looks as if it has been plucked out of the air by some giant hand and plonked down amongst these older, and in my mind, more attractive ones. Excellent technical quality. The soap bubble is a nice addition, like a large magnifying glass.

Hello Ike,
I'm not surprised that you didn't spot the bubble immediately, it's hard to see unless pointed out!
The street does show an interesting mixture of building styles and ages but all so very well captured in your photograph.
I like how well you have composed the shot, the biscuit coloured buildings making a natural guide to the tall, modern backstop.
The street does look in good order, probably as you mentioned, because they have been renovated.

I really like the part of the city you show us here. The encounter between the tall modern tower and the facades of the houses in the street leading to it is very nice. There are a lot of details to be discovered on these facades and the fine sunlight brought them all out nicely. Very well done.

I'm not certain I would have noticed the bubbles without your note, the colours and the details of the facades had gotten all of my attention. The bubbles make a playful addition as they are peacefully floating within the compact urban scenery. The light and the colours are very agreeable. Congratulations and thank you!

Hello Ike, Original capture with the soap bubbles. The bigger bubble is easy to see, it needs time to find the small one. They look like made from glass. Perfect round shape and strange that they have no colours. usually we see them distorted and with rainbow colours. besides nice view of the street with a mixture of traditional and modern architecture. I like most here the building with high windows, behind the bubbles.

Hi Ike,
this picture has such eye catching colors and again is a proof that when the conditions are right even a phone can take a great quality shot, while when the light is poor even great camera cannot help.
Nice asymmetric composition with the air bubbles :)
