For a photographer, and a street photographer in particular, it's all about feeling the scene. Feeling that surge coming from within when the right person and at the right moment is in view.
That's what I felt here.

indeed a strong emotion showed and capture here. very goof dof and use of B&W it amplifies the emotion of the man....rgds

this is a gallery shot: I'm at a loss at to the lack of positive feedback. This is one I can learn from. The trick is capturing at the moment. Sepia conversion in PS?

A great moment captured in this photograph Guy. The face but even more the posture of this man are very expressive and emotional and the book pressed to his chest is a nice detail. Nice B6W tone.
