Photographer's Note
My 2nd post on the Little-Egret, it's scientific name: Egretta garzetta.
Length of 85-100 cm. 145-170 cm wing span. Nesting colonies in shallow water or marshy lakes, with rushes and some shrubs and trees. Feeds on fish and insects .
The bird has an impressive presence, and the photo was taken on the Yarkon-river's bank.
Look at it's yellow "shoes"!

Hello Ike,
I see these white Egret not in Belgium, this is a wonderful bird with his yellow shoes.
We missing the eyes, I know this is very difficult for the right moment
Sharpness and clarity are wonderful.
Nice composition and good presentation too.

Une jolie prise , j'aime la couleur jaune de ces pattes, la blancheur de son poil contre les couleurs de l'eau, belle présentation,
j'ai prise il me semble d'après ce que je remarque sur le héron,le même en Camargue mais je ne savais pas de quel oiseau il s'agissait, maintenant je sais :-)
