The Alexander-Brook in the WS attached ,had been declared as a natural reservation and known for the water-Turtles colony ("Trionychoidea"), along with a numerous birds and other animals.
The turtle weigh about 50kg and length some 80 - 100 cm
aprox.

Good morning Ike, a brillant nature picture of that Trionyx, they eat almost everything and are omnivorous, a subspecies live in the Ganges, nice view even if the water is cloudy, have a good start of week

Hello Ike,
This is an effective close up of a water turtle, displaying the critter in detail. Overall, it make for a nice minimalist photo. The workshop photo could have been a main entry in its own right.
