Photographer's Note

A morning tour to Jerusalem started with the view from the Haas Promenade. This panoramic viewpoint offers a sweeping sight of east part of Jerusalem, overlooking the Old City, including Mount Zion, the Old-city walls, domes and towers, the Temple Mount, and City of David.
To the far-upper left, is the modern Jerusalem, first built out-of the old town walls in the mid 19th century.
The view due north from the promenade is on a high point, near the today's UN headquarters, that was the residence and office of the High-Commissioner during the British Mandate, ended in 1948.

More picture from Jerusalem, yet to be posted.
