this picture demonstrats why i love photography. Those towers are in Tel- Aviv,the largest city in israel's central region.

Beautiful picture! The details are very good and there is almost no noise.
Cropping out the three red lights on the right (The tower on the right end of the picture) would make it even better.
Those towers are a great resource for photographers; you can take pictures day and night and always find new views.
Btw, I posted quite a few pictures of those towers to TE, some of them of night views similar to this one.
