Photographer's Note
This is a picture of a place of worship.
The people here have been frustrated from everything.
And people have taken refuge in their thought.
they knot these pieces to the rope.
people named the pieces, "dakheel"(local language)
they believe that hidden forces will rescue them, anonymously.
They believe that the man who is buried here, is a man of God.
And he will rescue them finally.

hello Mehran ~
this is an eye-catching photo, i love it because it makes me curious to know what is going on, so thank you for your explanation. the bright colors with their lively twists make a wonderful contrast to the whites and neutrals of the small place of worship and the ground. it's very interesting to have this insight, thank you!

Hi Mehran,
A very interesting photo, I would never have guessed this to be a place of worship. I say that because of its small stature, which really means nothing considering its personal importance! It has quite an attractive design with the many spires...as it's said,"good things do come in small packages." :) The colors tied to the rope are rich and make for some splendid contrast against the earthy tones. Amazing textures too, well defined. Thanks for sharing this informative image. Have a great day.
All the best,
Jason

Hello Mehran,
The colours tied to the rope contrast so well with the pastel surroundings. A beautiful image taken from a good viewpoint. Very well handled light - excellent.
Kind Regards, Ann

Ciao Mehran
Ciao e buona serata
Romano

Hello Mehran,
I like the bright colours of the dakheel as a contrast to the otherwise pale/white palette.Inbteresting architecture and culture.
