Photographer's Note

The remains of a tree stump that has obviously been washed down from its original site; bashed about in the river, hitting rocks, getting soaked through then drying, this is what is left!
I like all the textures and shapes that have been created. A sculptor might have difficulty reproducing this.
This is the Conwy valley. There are good walks along the riverside, strong shoes/boots a must!
