Beautiful view captured with very good light and sharpness! The clouds in the sky look very interesting and I like that lonely tree on the left side of the photo. Beautiful landscape and composition! Well done!

A pretty postcard type of shot but of very high quality. Good natural looking saturation and perfect sharpness. The stone walls enclosing the sheep add interest. I like the bg lake too. Tfs!

Hello Kari,
You really show a lot of beautiful Welsh sceneries. Not spectacular but with very nicely gentle hills, a lot of green fields and small lakes. This time the stone walls surrounding the area where a few sheep are grazing are a good focal-point, well balanced by the tree to the left. It's a very well exposed photo with beautiful mild colours.

A beautiful and really British scenery. The mountain looks beautiful and is lit by such a fine sunlight. I very much like the patterns and colours of its slopes. The composition is excellent and the lake cuts nicely across the photo.

Hello Kari,
I've always found those stone walls in Welsh, Scottish or Irish landscapes very intriguing. I also believe that we get to see here far fewer photos of Wales than of the other parts of the British isles.
It's interesting to get to know these landscapes. As Gert wrote, it's not spectacular. But it surely shows a certain beauty. It looks like a calm region that lends itself well to hiking.
The tree on the left balances the image well.

Hello Kari, Beautiful Welsh landscape. I liked such stone fences everywhere in England. I think I see a few sheep (it is the difference with NZ :)).
I was also in Wales, in Llandudno and Conwy.

The wideness of the reservoir is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details of the stone wall and of the mountains. The light is giving good colours output. Have a nice day.

Hello Kari,
I have just returned from a few days in Wales and every time that I go, I am reminded of the incredible beauty of this small country. Your photograph speaks volumes with the light on the hills, the lake (reservoir) in the m/g and the rocky, stone walls in the f/g.
Did you notice any of the old cottages? WE always joke that it doesn't take many stones to build any one of them for each is composed of huge stones!
