Photographer's Note
Uisge beatha means water of life in gallic and was the original name for Whisky in Scotland. A short walk along a little stream behind the distillery of Aberlour in the Speyside, one comes to the waterfalls of Linn of Ruthrie where in the middle ages druids and picts worshipped. Today the distillery of Aberlour uses a small spring from here for the production of their Whisky.

Bonjour Daniel ,
Très joli effet de filé pour la capture de cette cascade s'écoulant dans le bassin rocheux . De beaux détails ;

Hi Daniel
Nice effect on the waterfall which gives us a sense of motion. The lack of people is favorable in my opinion.

Hi dear Daniel
Slow shutter setting with the best exposure makes great effcet. The flow of water on the surface is well taken in the best framewrok and composition.
All the best and have a good day! Takero

Hello Daniel,
What a fantastic photo from Scottish nature. The waterfall and the water have been captured so wonderfully with the smooth and silky effect on the water in motion.The surrounding rocks and plants make a very appealing setting too.

Hi Daniel
Must be a spectacular area to wander through with a camera, and well worth the hike to get that elusive waterfalls. Rugged and beautiful scenery, I especially like your exposure selection capturing the cascading water beautifully turning it with just the right amount of 'milkiness' in the water whilst at the same time the beautiful colour and light adds to the appeal. It's a well proportioned image with fine detail and content. Awesome shot of it !! Congrats
Thks to your interesting narratives.
Best wishes

Hi Daniel,
Long exposure works especially well here. Smooth flow of the waterfall looks good and the same can be said of the glowing pol surface where bubbles seem to make lines.
Rocks frame this view well. And shady light suits this place.
