Photographer's Note
I Like the patterns created by the farmers winter crops and the lay of the land- especially as Norfolk is known for its flatness.. It was while waiting for the flocks of wild geese to fly over - sadly I was in the wrong place and I could see them in their ten of thousands in the distance- no good for a photo- but I will be back..

Hi Rich,
I hope you are well, so seldom you appear here. Very interesting pattern and strange colours. maybe next time you will succeed with geese.

Hi Rich!
The field forms like a wave here and the crops create a really nice pattern! I like it! Your pov was very good to capture them. I like the composition! Hope you can post the geese very soon:)!

Hello Rich
Forget the geese: this makes a great, near-abstract image all on its own! As you say, it's made by the gently undulating pattern produced by the ploughing lines. Can't quite fathom the purple earth, but then I don't know Norfolk too well! Sorry again for my CRAFT moment just before Christmas. Hope you had a good one!
Regards
Will
