Photographer's Note

Plantation Place is a large office complex in the City of London financial district. Built in 2004 on the site of the previous building called Plantation House which once served as the commodities market especially for tea and rubber. This strange glass structure graces the outside of the entrance in Fenchurch Street and is embedded with an array of LED's, so that as darkness falls the structure effectively disappears to leave the impression of 8 glowing discs hovering in space.
