Photographer's Note
Benacre Broad is a National Nature reserve on the Suffolk Coast between Lowestoft and Southwold. The coastline here is subject to severe erosion, so these trees probably started their life a safe distance from the sea. Now their days are numbered, standing as they do between the sea and the nearby lagoon.

Hello Colin - I like your low horizon as the dead trees are very well seen with the sky as backdrop. Sharpness could be a tad better perhaps but a lovely image none-the-less. Best regards Rosemary

Hi Colin,
Unexpected view from UK... It reminds me of petrified trees from Namibia, minus the red sand dunes in the background... :-p)
I like this minimal composition, for the light, the sky and the composition.
