Photographer's Note
I have been on St Bees ciffs few times but this time I went on the beach in the middle way between St. Bees town and Lighthouse. I took many pictures of nesting birds on the way there and some nice rocky formation on the beach as you can see.
I can recommended to go there for a walk.

Hello Jiri,
I like a lot this vertical composition putting very well in evidence this stone.
Moreover, the background in the grey sky provides a strong ambiance to complete the picture.

j'aime beaucoup la forme , si particulière , de ce rocher .
Dommage de l'avoir amputé d'une partie alors qu'il suffisait d'incliner l'appareil , cela aurait permis d'éliminer une partie du ciel .

Your wide angle allowed you to take a beautiful and original photo brought in fine colour shades and with a rock in the foreground that fittingly makes me think of a seastar.

This is truly wonderful!
Your Sigma wide angle lens is really doing the business here! Fantastic depth-of-field and incredible sharpness. A wonderful perspective with perfect exposure and colours.
The whole picture combines all the elements of a fine landscape as well as the lovely details we remember of the rock formations we see at the sea shore, all presented in a perfectly-composed image. Very fine use of extreme wide angle without any of the "gimmicky" features so often seen in pictures of this nature.
