Photographer's Note

We had another visit to Whitby, last weekend. Whitby is an ancient fishing port in North Yorkshire, that is home to Bram Stokers Dracula, and also the port Capt James Cook sailed from on his voyages of discovery. I was walking past the harbour and thought this small fishing boat looked like a nice subject for a photo. I liked the angle it was moored at, and the way the buoys lead you into the photo.

Can you spot the large young seagull who happened to fly by as I took the photo? I didn't notice him until I put the photo on the PC, as he blends in well with his youngsters plumage.
