one of the north yorkshire moors steam trains arriving at pickering station. The N.Y.M.Railway is run by volunteers and runs steam trains to goathland(heartbeat country) and pickering daily travelling through some of the most stunning scenery in yorkshire.We are lucky living in whitby because they have just negotiated with british rail to allow them to use B.R track and run them into whitby twice a week through out the summer season

heart beat is a television series set in whitby and surrounding areas in the 1960`s
