Hello Claude,

A most colorful and engaging shot, but I'll take your word that it is a woman. When my daughter was four years old and we were touring the St. Sophia in Istanbul, we saw someone from behind, supporting luxuriant wave hair 30-40 cm long. In turning around, "she" revealed herself to be a man, a hippie with a beard. My daughter exclaimed, "Look daddy, that woman has a beard!"

I think young people nowadays would freeze to death if that served some fashion purpose :)
today it was 8C in Amsterdam and I saw a lot of girls in summer clothes already...
well spot image, full of colour and contrast - last time I was in Manchester I left with an impression of a gray and somewhat "rusty" place... but as you pointed out, Manchester is changing and so is the image it projects.

ah, one of the colorful and interesting people from the street -- my kind of photo! I'm so interested in, and in favor of, anyone who makes the effort and has the imagination to put themselves together in a strikingly different way -- they are rarely boring and often some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. good capture! :)
