Photographer's Note
A monument near London City Hall. City Hall is the headquarters of the Greater London Authority (GLA) which comprises the Mayor of London and London Assembly. It is located in Southwark, on the south bank of the River Thames near Tower Bridge. It was designed by Norman Foster and opened in July 2002, two years after the Greater London Authority was created.

Welcome on TE.
You should have get a square size and removed the left and right grey parts, without any interest. Then, the sharpness is not perfect and we have some difficulties to understand what this man is doing (taking in picture this big egg) and why he is kneeling while the woman looks at him.
