Hello Derek - This is a most stunning photograph, I love it! The colour is so subtle apart from the flowers which seem to amplify the colour of the sky and water. Your compostion is perfect for the subject and the texture of the grass lovely. This one goes into my favorites. Best wishes Rosemary

Hello Derek,
This is a very well seen and produced image. The pink flowers in the foreground and the hint of pink in the water behind adds hugely to the effectiveness of the overall composition. Great sharpness in the grasses and the remains of the boat.

Hello derek,
the colors and the tones of your photo are amazing. Associated with the sharpness of the grass, that is very nice.
The only point on which I am unable to decide is about the background. I think it would have been even better if it had been sharp ... but I'm not at sure. Should it be possible to compare.

hello Derek,
this is a hauntingly beautiful image. So strange, a story only to be guessed at. I think that the best sort of pictures leave us guessing, wanting more. The muted tones created by the frosted grass serve to highlight the pink of the flowers. Why were they placed there? I guess we will never know. This would make a great cover illustration for a mystery story book not yet published. Perhaps someone wil write a story to fit your photograph.
