Nice view James,
i love Devon, and this shot shows typical colours of the harbours and coves round the coast.
I'm not totally convinced that the sun flare works 100%, but a nice feel overall ;)
I posted a shot of north Devon coast just this afternoon!.

really interesting sight.
It´s a pitty thet there is "stilling" in the corner. Halving grau filter - 25% - would soften this.

Wonderful capture of the row of houses at different level. Soft muted colors. The glare is a bit distracting for me but then this gives the photo the atmosphere. Regards. Latiff

The subtle colors, focused light and layered composition set up a daunting juxtaposition for that lone boat on the sparkling water. This is wonderfully surrealistic, as it is unclear whether it is the beginning or the ending of the day. Well done. Fantastic.

Hi James,
I really like this point of view - just a solid block of houses! The muted colors give a great atmosphere to the image, and I actually like the flare...this image has a sort of surreal quality to it.

Very nice view, showing nice local architecture. I don´t know what you tryed with the OE at left, but it is distracting even on the waters.

Interesting shot James and good close up on the houses. The light is nice on the left and not disturbing the scene, well done and composed !
