fantastic colours and layers of mist, enough to give atmosphere but not too much to hide the distant fells. The shadow of the mist on the left especially bringing the eye into the centre and a brighter patch of mist on the distant shore

Hello,
Another great shot of this lake. The mirror effect and the mist is fabulous. The small island not shrouded in mist is an important element to this picture and in a perfect position.
