Photographer's Note

Good Morning Everyone,

My posting, today, is from Bowness, on the edge of Lake Windermere, in The Lake District. The shot is looking across the lake from a spot near Ambleside, looking towards Wray and the distant mountains.

We went to the lake's edge mid morning, to experience Dragon Boat paddling. Whilst we were waiting for the crews and other novice paddlers to arrive, we sat and enjoyed the spring sunshine, and early-morning sports enthusiasts, already on the water.

For anyone who has never experienced The Lakes, it is a place of outstanding natural beauty and at this time of the year, the daffodils are in full bloom and the spring lambs are a delight to watch.

I have included an Internet link showing other photogaphs of the lake. If you would like to see them, please click here. .

Many thanks for your interest.
Please feel free to offer feedback on any aspect of the photograph. Bev :-)
