I'll put out a workshop for you!
The picture is ok, but ther are a bit too much of everything. I can see there's a nice bridge in the background, so why not leave the cafe-seat for five minutes and try some alternatives?? ;)

I like the lighting contrasts in the photograph but think that a better vantage point could have been found. The rock wall and two posts take the eye away from the more interesting background details. Might benefir from a 1/2 stop more exposure. This will be a wonderful photograph if the foregound is cropped and some highlights are brought out in the shadows (rock area).

I like this view from the cafe. There is a lot to look at in the photo, but that's what attracts me to it. I also posted a workshop for you.

Lovely composition! I like the soft contrasted B&W and the moody atmosphere of the landscape...
A bit of a tilt to the left could be corrected though and a tighter small crop of the left part of the picture.
