Hi Roland,
this is an artistic shot with an interesting play with light and shadows. A picture that probably also should have been fine in black&white. The steps leads the eyes to the woman, nice work!

Salut Roland,
Intéressante composition avec ce résultat de photo graphique, bon effet avec ces lignes et ces ombres et la solitaire présence humaine qui apporte une touche de couleur dans un ensemble presque gris&blanc.

Effectivement, tu as su bien jouer avec les ombres au sol. Elles donnent un certain caractère à la composition.La dame en bas est un beau point focal.

Excellent shot: graphic, simple and engaging. An image few would have thought of taking, but an exemplar for many street photographers. Of course the photograph would hardly work without the vitally important figure and shadow. Masterly.
