Photographer's Note

When I was little my mother usually suggested on the weekends „let’s go outside, let’s breathe some fresh winter air, this is healthy“ and I guess it is not hard to imagine that I hated these Sunday walks as I had other “things” to do but when it snowed, this was completely another story … and I was the first one at the door. I guess these mother-daughter discussions have not changed much over the years :))) I do love snow fall, what a pleasure when this white stuff gently falls from the sky, fun for young and old and it amazes me each winter just the same no matter how many winters you had in your life. I still stick my tongue out and try to catch a snow flake. I know I shouldn’t but somehow it tastes good.
