Photographer's Note

Rhätische Bahn is the narrow gauge railway of canton Graubünden in Switzerland.

In 2003 Rhätische Bahn celebrated 100th anniversary on both its Albula and Ruinaulta lines, world famous of their natural beauty and engineering achievements. They both are also part of the Glacier Express route.
Celebrations included lots of excursion trains with historical equipment.

On this photo RhB 108, built in 1906 by Schweitzerische Lokomotiv Maschinen Fabrik (SLM) in Winterthur. Looks like in the old days! (Including wires; the line in Samedan was electrified already in 1913.) I think this is also appropriate for my 200th upload in TE.

PP: USM, desaturation, framing and toning.
