Photographer's Note

The Church of St Martin is consideradada as the most ancient parish of the city of Plasencia. It is a question of a temple built in the XIIIth century, which interior consists of three ships and keeps a golden and polychrome reredos with paintings of Luis de Morales, nicknamed the Divine one, dated in 1570. At present he lacks worship. The Box of Extremadura belongs and it is used as exhibition hall, especially of the Autumn lounge that organizes the above mentioned entity.

In this street a personage much known in the city was living: Juanillo. I enclose link for if someone wants to read this nice story of his life and the fondness with which it was treated in spite of his poverty.
