Photographer's Note
Well, again in my work.
And again my "kids".
Really not all of them are kids.
Like this one.
Also disabled people. Also enjoying the water.
And, believe me, you would enjoy your time with this boy.
He's really fun.
Even I would say that I know this boy since a lot of years ago and he's the funiest boy of the swimming pool.
Enjoy as he would do.
Enjoy and live.

Hi Carlos,
Another fine and artistic black and white image.I belive it fits perfect. It has a minimal sense but is very effective.

Oh Yes,
That one is artistic indeed !
But you should crop it a bit (this gray 'thing' on the botom)
cheers

Nicely presented Carlos, I like the definition on the swimmers cap compared to the rest of the shot which is left in blur. Almost an abstract shot.

Hola Carlitos.
Esta mucho mejor que la anterior. Además, el B&W le da un toque muy artístico. Me gusta.
El WS no me gusta tanto.
Ale, a disfrutar.

hola Carlos
It is a very beautiful graphic photo, the hat, the line of the water, the vertical compo. Everything works well. And then we read the note, we look at the ws, and we discover the photo under a different angle.
Pascal
Maybe I would not have included the edge of the swimming pool in the compo

There seems to be a lot of disagreement over the presence of the edge of the swimming pool. I agree you should leave it, not just as an anchor as jinju suggests, but my very first thought before looking properly, was that I would have liked to see a tiny bit more of the head. As soon as I spotted the edge I knew why that was not possible.
Good framing and use of DOF.

Hi Carlos.
A very nice picture with a lot of emotion in it. I really like the seeying of the man on the WS.
The BW traitment is a real winner choice.

Hi Carlos,
That's terrific, minimalism but so close to the moment. I like the ears and the large white strps line from his head. Brilliant !
Thanks, Alain -

Hola Carlos,
You combine a beautiful job with a superb photo. I love your pov and the note again a very graphic, beautiful composition with feeling. So creative and tender at the same time!
Gracias,

Hi carlos,
this is really nice. Very artistic. I also like how the bokeh progresses on the rope. About cropping, I got the same suggestions in both my "Melancholy" shots but I totally disagree. And I think I know why you left that strip of concrete in. I would have done the same, I think it anchors the shot. Without it, I think the crop would appear awkward.

Hola Carlos,
I had this in my mind and I didn't want to loose it. They are both (the ws and this one) superb artistic and original shots, well converted into b/w. I love the face expression of the ws and it surprises me that you chose this one to post, although I also like it more. graphical and almost minimalist, I think of the plastic division as a long arm of the kid (a surrealist interpretation). I really love this one!
Un saludo,
Ricardo

hola carlos,
i like this one - its simplicity both in the subjects nicely converted into simple shapes, and simplicity in colours range;
this simplicity makes the photo great;
nice wone,
have a good day,

Hola Carlos

Buen trabajo
Anna
