Photographer's Note
At the left, the hermitage of Quintanilla del Coco. Also known as the hermitage of the “Virgen de las naves”.
Time ago it was the church of what today we call a “despoblado” (is a spanish word that is used for call the villages disappeared, villages what lost its population and, sometimes, also its houses).
The name of the ancient village was Santa María de las Naves.
Once time the ancient village disappeared, this little church was the reason of a discussion between Quintanilla del Coco, Santibáñez del Val and Tejada.
The three villages wanted this church as its own hermitage.
Of course, as in a good film, the good won.
Behind us there is the place called the Churrión.
Here, two persons walking and returning home. Just above the hill, the hermitage.
And nice and long walk.
Nice colours, nice weather, nice calm, nice smells.
You’re welcome.
I hope you like it.

Hola Carlitos.
Me molesta un poco el árbol de la izquierda. Buen detalle con la pareja andando. Los conozco?
Un saludo, Oscar

Hi Carlos
Nice capture of the shadows here. The warm light has brought out the colours well and the blue sky adds some nice impact to the shot. The inclusion of the two people in the shot is a nice added touch too. Very good capture.

Hola Carlos,
I love it. The interesting note, the low POV, the beautiful lighting and the long shadows, the also interesting hermitage up there, which seem really interesting ans above all the couple against the sky, framed by the trees at right. Great shot, so very well composed. Very good work!
Muchas gracias,
Un saludo,
Ricardo

Hola mon amigo Carlos
Muchas me gusto this photografia.
It looks more like a 10mm lens...
The composition is fine selected and the two people add here a special mystery into this photo.
The colores are really vivid...
And the sky fits optimal here.
Saludos

Excellent shot Carlos; as well as a well considered composition there is an atmosphere here that I like. The polariser helps with the saturation of the colours.
The long shadows and the couple on the hill really make this photo. All it needs extra is if the little cloud was the early showing of the moon :) We can't have all we want.

Hola Carlos,
Josep

Hey Carlos. The steep upward POV is great and the people bring it to life. The longer shadows also add some interest. The focal point might be too close to center. tfs Carlos.

Hola otra vez
saludos
