That night I had been in the Auditori and I thought that I could use my camara inside the Auditori (1 & 2) and, even, out the Auditori.
Out?

Yes.

Very near of the Auditori you can find this new and spectacular building. At night the lights of the building "become" the building in fire.
Well, at the day the people who live in Barcelona say that is very similar to... well, let be free your imagination.

Carlos,
fantástica tu foto de la Torre Agbar. Yo también la intenté desde el Auditori, pero sin trípode era imposible. Por eso, como vivo cerca, subí a la azotea de casa para sacarla en condiciones. Ahora bien, el encuadre tuyo es formidable, junto a la composición con la calzada de Glòries, que le da su verdadera dimensión a la Torre, y además jugándote el físico.

La verdad no puede decir que me sorprende esta foto...es lo que tiene que ayer me dijeras que ibas a poner esta jajaja.

LA definición esta muy bien así como los colores. La pena es que no pasaran coches por allí en ese momento...

Me gustaria ver este edificio. Aun estaba en obra la ultima vez que fui a Barcelona. Esta centrado pero no molesta porque hay la curva de la carretera y del edificio al lado. Muy bien la detalles, luz y colores.

Hi Carlos. What cool colors this place has. Good use of the road to take our eyes effortlessly over to the tower. I think it might need the tiniest bit of rotation. I do like the colors though. Excellent shot Carlos.

Una edificacion muy moderna y con preciosos colores, esta muy bien captada, con una gran perspectiva y gracias a los edificios en su alrededor nos da una buena escala de su tamaño. Buena definicion , una pequeñita critica es que la encuentro muy centrada en la foto, por lo demas esta todo muy bien.

An amazing capture for an equally amazing structure. It would be interesting to know the state of mind of the building's designers. Both the shape and the colours remind one of an artist aloud to run amok with his/her imagination. I also like the dichotomy between the tower's colours and the warm brown and golden hues of the evening light. Your vertical format in a generous size is very apropos. A superb capture, Carlos. Now I am wondering what the structure is like inside!

hola carlos, execelente DOF. los colores muy vivos y contrastantes. la verdad que las fotos nocturnas tiene otra magia.... en cuando al pov, pienso como emile, unos cuantos coches pasando le ubieran dado mas vida.

I thought the London had the monopoly for this kind of ... building, near the Tower Bridge - The Gherkin - Now I see that Barcelona also acquired this controversial architecture. But nevertheless, the picture is excellent, how come you had a tripod handy ?because by taking the road also, you managed to show us the real dimensions

This style of architecture must be catching - there is a building similar to this in London now. Apart from that your handling of the exposure and capture of detail at night is good.

You in Barcelona have the most unusual buildings. Let's recollect Antonio Gaudi... Let's take this one! It stands upright like a falistic monument... Interesting, no doubt. Another thing that is doubtles - it is the high photographic qualities of the shot.
